During the early stages of your baby’s development, you can sit her by the wall (inside or out) with the rain beads disk and 2 propellers. Demonstrate the activity and watch how quickly your baby will master these skills.
Try sitting your baby by the balls roller-coaster. You can roll the balls down the ramps and ask your baby to retrieve them at the trap door at the base of the coaster. This will encourage the development of motor skills & object permanence, the understanding that objects exist even when they cannot be seen. As your child begins to stand he will master this task independently.
You can teach concepts of colour by asking your child to match the coloured ball to the matching colour chute. Count along with your baby while you stack balls in the numbered chutes. At the age of 1.5- 2 years, ask your toddler to use the coloured shaped sorter keys to retrieve the balls from inside the tent. Develop confidence through games like “Now you see me, now you don’t!” Sit your baby inside the playhouse and call his name. He can pop his head out the front opening or peek at you through the holes on each side. This will develop his sense of object permanence.
The Discovery Playhouse is also great for cooperative play allowing your little one to practice and develop social skills and imagination.

Incorrect Product delivered
- If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will resend the correct item to you at our earliest and a return will be arranged for the wrong item.
How to return a product
- Products ordered at Rushk can be returned to our warehouse. You will need your tax invoice (email receipt) as a proof of your purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable and item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with all labels intact.
- Please check the Australia Post Size & Weight Guidelines prior to returning your item.
Wholesale Orders
- Change of mind returns will not be accepted on wholesale orders. Only faulty items will be eligible for returns.
Can I cancel my order?
You may be able to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been scheduled to dispatch. If you still have time to cancel your order, sign into your account and look at your last order and click the button next to it which says 'Cancel Order'. The status will change to 'Cancelled' and you will receive a confirmation via email. We will deduct 4% of the transaction value if the order including PRE-ORDERS is cancelled by the customer for any reason. (6% in case paid via Afterpay/Zip Pay). If you cancel your order, it can take up between 2 to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again. You can also contact our Customer Care team to cancel your order.
I have changed my mind about the order. Can I still return it?
Most of the items can be returned if you have changed your mind. The item must be dispatched within 30 days of receiving and it should be unopened, unused with its original packaging.
What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return your product, please email us at [email protected] or call our customer services centre. Our staff will provide you with all the guidelines to proceed with the return. Please do not return any goods without bringing it into our knowledge; otherwise we will not be liable for any refunds or loss. Please provide us with the relevant order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange without these details. On all change of mind returns, shipping costs will not be refunded and a restocking fee will be levied.
Can I place an order over the telephone or through online chat?
We cannot accept payment over the phone including credit/debit card details. You may be able to provide other details in some cases.
