The koala is one of the world’s most iconic animals. Koalas can only be found in Australia – perched high up in the branches of old gum trees in the Australian bushland. Just like our beautiful human babies, koalas spend a lot of time sleeping – up to a whopping 20 hours per day! Our much loved koala is the very first of our Aussie Collection crafted with beautiful details and with much love for our Aussie outback animals.
We use all new luxurious and engaging textiles to ensure you can help your toddler explore, discover and learn through sensory experiences. Sensory skills are responsible for receiving information from the environment through our toddler’s inherent senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste and very importantly touch. Your child’s motor skills then allow their little bodies to express the information received and can bring about enhanced cognitive development and functioning – hence learning through play.
Renowned Swiss psychologist Jean Piaget describes these early stages of development as one in which ‘infants are busy discovering relationships between their bodies and the environment’.

As our children love to suck and try and eat everything in their path we also recommend parental supervision during play, at all times. For additional safety, check toy components regularly for signs of damage during use.
We recommend safe sleeping practices including that a baby is not placed to sleep on the playmat. The playmat should not be placed in the cot at sleep time.
We recommend delicate hand washing or cold gentle machine wash in a washing bag. Do not use any chemicals. Line dry. No dry clean.

Incorrect Product delivered
- If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will resend the correct item to you at our earliest and a return will be arranged for the wrong item.
How to return a product
- Products ordered at Rushk can be returned to our warehouse. You will need your tax invoice (email receipt) as a proof of your purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable and item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with all labels intact.
- Please check the Australia Post Size & Weight Guidelines prior to returning your item.
Wholesale Orders
- Change of mind returns will not be accepted on wholesale orders. Only faulty items will be eligible for returns.
Can I cancel my order?
You may be able to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been scheduled to dispatch. If you still have time to cancel your order, sign into your account and look at your last order and click the button next to it which says 'Cancel Order'. The status will change to 'Cancelled' and you will receive a confirmation via email. We will deduct 4% of the transaction value if the order including PRE-ORDERS is cancelled by the customer for any reason. (6% in case paid via Afterpay/Zip Pay). If you cancel your order, it can take up between 2 to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again. You can also contact our Customer Care team to cancel your order.
I have changed my mind about the order. Can I still return it?
Most of the items can be returned if you have changed your mind. The item must be dispatched within 30 days of receiving and it should be unopened, unused with its original packaging.
What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return your product, please email us at [email protected] or call our customer services centre. Our staff will provide you with all the guidelines to proceed with the return. Please do not return any goods without bringing it into our knowledge; otherwise we will not be liable for any refunds or loss. Please provide us with the relevant order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange without these details. On all change of mind returns, shipping costs will not be refunded and a restocking fee will be levied.
Can I place an order over the telephone or through online chat?
We cannot accept payment over the phone including credit/debit card details. You may be able to provide other details in some cases.
