Rushk Returns Policy

We will offer a refund/exchange on most products purchased from Rushk. If you are not happy with your product, return it to us for a refund/and or exchange. Please review the below Returns Policy for details.

1.0   Change of Mind Returns

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We aim to make you feel absolutely confident while shopping at Rushk and hence; we give you the option to return any unopened, unused item with its original packaging for any reason within 21 days of receiving the item. Please note that:

(a) You should have your original Rushk invoice (email receipt) at the time of returning the product(s) 

(b) The item is in ready-to-sale condition including that:

- It is in its original packing, including instruction manuals and all accessories;

- It is unused, unopened and in its original condition;

- Any labels are still attached

(c) The product should not be the one where return is not applicable (such as customized goods etc).

(d) Shipping charges will not be refunded (Even if they were not charged at the time of placing the order).

(e) Change of mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

(f) Change of mind returns will not be accepted for International orders.

 

If these requirements are not fulfilled Rushk reserves the right not to offer an exchange, a credit note or refund for change of mind returns.

2.0   Faulty or Damaged Product

- Please contact Customer Service Centre at sales@rushk.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods. You may be required to send the images of the faulty product(s) for inspection by our product team.

(a) In order to assist the return process, you may be required to provide additional information. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).

(b) For bulky items such as Furniture, upon delivery, please ascertain that you have received your order in correct condition (without obvious defects or damage). Once you sign the delivery form, it would be understood that your order was delivered in correct condition. If the goods are damaged, packaging must be kept in case the goods need inspecting with the packaging. If the packaging is not kept this could invalidate your claim.

(c) It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the Product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. Such returns will not be accepted. 

(d) Faulty products that are covered under warranty can be repaired or replaced (where applicable). Therefore, returns for such products do not qualify under change of mind returns.

(d) Solid wood is a natural living product. From time to time the timber can move, develop imperfections and minor splits/cracks as the timber expands and contracts due to environmental conditions. This is normal and should be expected, this should not be considered a fault or flaw, rather, it is a unique and beautiful characteristic of your piece. In this instance, change of mind returns will not be accepted.

(d) Alternatively, if you indicate that you would like to give us the authority to leave the Products at your delivery address in your absence, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Products if the Products are recorded as delivered by our shipping partners. 

3.0   Incorrect Product delivered

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at sales@rushk.com.au within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will resend the correct item to you at our earliest and a return will be arranged for the wrong item.

4.0   How to return a product

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Products ordered at Rushk can be returned to our warehouse. You will need your tax invoice (email receipt) as a proof of your purchase. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable and item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with all labels intact.

 Please check the Australia Post Size & Weight Guidelines prior to returning your item.

5.0   Other Returns

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rushk will accept the returns and provide you with an exchange, a credit voucher or a refund if:

(a) The product is faulty or damaged

(b) The product does not match the sample or our description

Once we’ll receive the items our staff will inspect the goods to make sure the goods are unused and in their original packing, and if so, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the product(s) less the shipping costs.

6.0   Wholesale Orders

Change of mind returns will not be accepted on wholesale orders. Only faulty items will be eligible for returns.

7.0   Rushk Reserves the Right to:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering an exchange, credit note or a refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused if the product is in a very poor condition or washed. We may charge 25% of the total money in case the product has been used or opened.

Please note:

(a) Your original Rushk tax invoice is the best form of proof of purchase

(b) Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

(c) Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

(d) Please return any accessories and manuals supplied with product
